Policy and Update

Option 1: Stay In The Race

We can transfer your registration to a future race.  Contact us and let us know you want a transfer.  We’ll transfer the registration for you or give you a race credit for you to use when you sign up in the future.  We'll send email updates to let you know race details.
 

Option 2:  Choose Another Event

Rev3Endurance is a growing event management company! We host several events per year and our schedule is quickly expanding with additional venues and events. You can choose to receive a race credit to use within 24 months for one of our future events.  


Option 3:  Transfer Your Registration

Transfer your registration to a friend! There is a $10.00 fee associated with the transfer and we will send you details on how to transfer your registration to someone else.

General Refund Policy


REV3Endurance offers credit for future races if you must cancel your race entry.

​

More than three (3) months before the event.

  • 100% of your registration fee will be given as future credits, when initiated 3 months before race day.

Race credit will be good for 24 months.
​Between 3 months and 30 before the event.

  • 75% of your registration fee will be given as future credits, minus processing fee when initiated 30 days before race day.

Less than 30 Days before the event.  Race credit will be good for 24 months.

  • 50% of your registration fee will be given as future race credits, minus processing fee when initiated 7-29 days before race day.

Seven Days before the event.

  • No credits within 7 days from an event.

  • We cannot refund registration fees.


**Active Duty Military: If you are unable to attend due to active duty, you may receive a refund upon providing official documentation regarding your deployment. Please contact nick@rev3endurance.com for additional details. 100% of your registration fee, minus processing fee will be refunded when initiated.

** Emergence Option - 100% of your registration fee, minus processing fee will be credited when initiated at least 3 months before race day or 100% race credit good for 12 months. 

Processing Fee (Adventure Race $50 per entry, All other Races $20.00 per entry)
