​Option 1: Stay In The Race - Defer to the Following Year 

We can transfer your registration to the following year's race. $10.00 transfer fee. In the event the race is not hosted the following year, we will honor your deferral with race credit to another event outside of 10 days prior to an event. Contact us and let us know you want to defer.  
 

Option 2:  Choose Another Event

We host several events per year and our schedule is quickly expanding with additional venues and events! You can choose to receive a race credit to use within 12 months for one of our future events. $10.00 transfer fee.  


Option 3:  Transfer Your Registration to Another Racer

Transfer your registration to a friend! There is a $10.00 fee associated with the transfer and we will send you details on how to transfer your registration to someone else.

REV3Endurance offers credit for future races if you must cancel your race entry. All credit processing is subject to a $10 processing fee. 

​

More than 90 days before the event.

  • 100% of your registration fee will be given as future credits. Race credit will be good for 12 months.


​Between 90 to 45 days before the event.

  • 75% of your registration fee will be given as future credits, minus processing fee when initiated 30 days before race day. Race credit will be good for 12 months.

​

Between 45-10 days prior to the event:

  • 50% of your registration fee will be given as future race credits, minus processing fee. Race credit will be good for 12 months.

​

Less than 10 days before the event.

  • No credits, deferrals, or transfers within 10 days from an event.

  • We cannot refund registration fees.


**Active Duty Military: If you are unable to attend due to active duty, you may receive a refund upon providing official documentation regarding your deployment. Please contact nick@rev3endurance.com for additional details.
