Assistant Race Director

REV3Endurance has an open position for an Assistant Race Director.  As we continue to grow we are looking to expand our race crew.  Do you have any interest in how things work behind the scenes at our events? 

 

We are looking for someone who has raced in at least ten events (5K, adventure races, mountain bike or any other organized event).  This team member will help with marketing and planning events.  They will also help with logistics when planning the different events.  On race weekends they will help with setup, registration, event management and breakdown.

 

The ideal candidate should live in the Virginia, DC, or Maryland area and have the flexibility to come to most, if not all, of our events.  We are looking for someone who really enjoys the outdoor racing community and will continue to help us host great events for the community we love so much.

Position: Part Time

Compensation: $500.00 per event weekend.  Pay will grow as responsibilities increase.  

 

Disclaimer: This position may include camping outdoors, eating food from a campfire and lots of sweating and exploring in all kinds of weather.  Plus you MUST want to experience “The Adventurous Lifestyle”
