Race Description


Rev3Endurance Woodstock Sprint Adventure Race.  Are you ready for this incredible beginner adventure race? We have a great course for you to run, bike, paddle, and navigate your way around Town of Woodstock, Virginia and explore the new Seven Bends State Park!  Grab a group of your friends and form a team or race solo.  We'll give you a map and some basic rules to follow.  You will then set out on your adventure to get checkpoints by hiking, biking and paddling.  The team with the most points in the allotted time will win!  It's a fun event and you and your family/friends will get to experience the adventure of finding all the different checkpoints throughout Seven Bends State Park!

  • Seven Bends State Park (start/finish line is at the 1191 Lupton Road entrance) - Woodstock, VA 22664

Race Estimated Distance

5-9 miles
Estimated Distances: 2 Miles of Paddling, 5 miles of trekking, 7 miles of Biking.

Registration Fees


  • $90.00 for soloists until January 1st

  • $110.00 for soloists until February 28th

  • $150.00 for soloists until registration closes at midnight 

Teams (2, 3, or 4 Person Team Options Available)

  • $80.00 per team member until January 1st

  • $100.00 per team member until February 28th

  • $140.00 per team member until registration closes at midnight

Race Schedule of Events

  • Early Packet Pick-up is Seven Bends State Park -1191 Lupton Road, Woodstock, VA 22664, Woodstock, VA 22664

  • Race Day Packet Pick-up is 8:00 am - 9:00 am at Lupton Rd Entrance

  • Race Day Itinerary: 

  • 8:30 am: Transition area and bike drop opens, marked area near the white barn (Lupton Rd Entrance)

  • 9:00 am: Pre-race brief (Mandatory for all team captains)

  • 9:30 am: Race start

  • 1:00 pm: Racers must be off the course

  • 1:30 pm: Awards ceremony

Race Packet Pickup

Packet pickup location will be at Seven Bends State Park. It is required that all forms be completely filled out and signed for each member of your team. You will get your race t-shirt, race map, Rules of Travel and race bibs at packet pick-up.

Equipment Provided By Rev3Endurance

All gear necessary for water portions of the race will be provided. This may include, but not limited to: Watercraft (Stand Up Paddle Boards, Kayaks, Canoes), paddles, and PFDs.  Race maps, race passport and Rules of Travel will also be provided by Rev3Endurance. 

Mandatory Equipment (Responsibility of each team and/or Racer)

Rev3Endurance will not be checking in mandatory equipment. Rev3Endurance will be checking randomly throughout the race for mandatory equipment.  Missing mandatory equipment will result in points being deducted from your total score.

Post-Race Food

Food will not be served during the award ceremony after the race.  Please bring some beverages and snacks with you. We encourage you to explore Downtown Woodstock after the race.  There are GREAT restaurants, shops, and a local brewery and winery all within just a few miles of Seven Bends State Park!  


Unofficial results will be announced at the awards ceremony and post-race official results will be posted to our web site 24 – 48 hours after the event.

Race Cancellation

If there is severe weather, the race start may be postponed or the course may be shortened.
