Race Description


Rev3Endurance Seven Bends Half Day (12 - Hours) Adventure Race.  Are you ready for this incredible intermediate adventure race? We have a great course for you to run, bike, paddle, and navigate your way around and explore the new Seven Bends State Park!  Race solo or form a team of endurance friends to tackle this course.  We will give you a map and some basic rules to follow.  You will then set out on your adventure to get checkpoints by hiking, biking and paddling.  The team with the most points in the allotted time will win!  It's a fun event and you and your friends will get to experience the adventure of finding all the different checkpoints throughout Woodstock and Seven Bends State Park in this endurance challenge! 


Race Estimated Distance

35-50 miles (Racers have 12 hours to get as many points possible and cross the finish line)
Estimated Distance = 2.5 Miles of Paddling, 15 Miles of Trekking, 25+ Miles of Biking

Registration Fees

Soloist 12 Hour

  • $150.00 for soloists until December 31st, 2022    

  • $170.00 for soloists until February 28th, 2022    

  • $190.00 for soloists until registration closes at midnight April 1st, 2022

Teams 12 Hour (2 & 3 Person Team Options Available)​

  • $130.00 per person until December 31st, 2022    

  • $150.00 per person until February 28th, 2022     

  • $170.00 for per person until registration closes at midnight April 1st, 2022

Race Schedule of Events

  • Early Packet Pick-up is Seven Bends State Park - 1191 Lupton Road, Woodstock, VA 22664, Woodstock, VA 22664

  • Race Day Packet Pick-up is 6:15 am - 7:15 am at Seven Bends State Park

  • Race Day Itinerary: 

  • 6:00 am: Transition area opens, marked area

  • 7:30 am: Pre-race brief (Mandatory for all team captains)

  • 8:30 am: Race start

  • 8:30 pm: Racers must be off the course

  • 9:00 pm: Awards ceremony or rolling awards for early finishers


Race Packet Pickup

Packet pickup location will be at Seven Bends State Park. It is required that all forms be completely filled out and signed  for each member of your team.  You will get your race t-shirt, race map, Rules of travel and any race numbers at packet pick-up.

Equipment Provided By Rev3Endurance

All gear necessary for water portions of the race will be provided. This may include, but not limited to: Watercraft (Kayaks or Canoes) , paddles, and PFDs.  Race maps, race passport and Rules of Travel will also be provided by Rev3Endurance. 

Mandatory Equipment (Responsibility of each team and\or Racer)

Rev3Endurance will not be checking in mandatory equipment. Rev3Endurance will be checking randomly throughout the race for mandatory equipment.  Missing mandatory equipment will result in points being decreased from your total score.

  • Smart Wool Top

  • Rain Jacket

  • Cell phone fully charged

  • Dry bag for your cell phone

You will be going through transition at your car twice during the race to resupply

Post-Race Food

Food will not be served during the award ceremony after the race.  Please bring some beverages and snacks with you. 



Unofficial results will be announced at the awards ceremony and post-race official results will be posted to our web site 24 – 48 hour after the event.

If there is severe weather, the race start may be postponed or the course may be shortened.
